When I was interviewed exactly 1 year ago to this coming Friday, I received an offer 2 days after the office visit.
Then again, I was interviewing for Strat.
HR has been pretty efficient in their hiring practices the last 3 months from what I have seen and heard, so I'd begin to worry if you havn't heard after 10 business days.
