The interview process is as follows:
1. General Interview with an ACN Recruiter- 30-45min "walk me through your resume" type of conversation.
2. Skills Interview- 60-90 min assessment of skills required for the particular position applied for. Your level will be assessed.
3. Four behavioral based interview questions. Topics include Leadership and Initiative, Time-Management, Handling Difficult Situations, and Problem-Solving.
4. Confirming Interviews- yet to see this stage but I assume it is to verify you know what you are in for and that you seem to be who you say you are over the phone. |

do you remember specifics from your skills interview? also from what you said in #4, "yet to see this stage but I assume it is to verify you know what you are in for and that you seem to be who you say you are over the phone" I am under the impression that the first three interviews were all done over the phone?? thanks for your response in advance.
