bad career move? |

I now know it's a bad career move for me to work at Accenture because the skills will not be transferrable (wish I read more of Vault earlier...ACN is full of BS).
From an interviewing standpoint, what impression would it give that I'd worked here for a very short time (less than 3 months) and jumped ship? Do I need to include in the resume? If not, would background checks reveal?
How easy is it to request time off during training weeks?
