An Indian employee jumps ship for 20% and goes from 10K-12K. A US employee jumps ship for 20% and jumps from 60K-72K. Do the math, it's still cheaper.
And have you looked at the latest trends in the US job market? US employees are jumping ship left and right. Wage inflation will be one of the main reasons why the US economy will slow down over the next year. |

Indian resources can jump ship 2-3 times a YEAR. US turnover is cyclical, whereas Indian turnover is constant and increasing. I think you have some valid arguments. I just don't think India will be the big thing in IT for much longer. The cheaper ones will come in before too long.
