You're not giving us enough credit.
I think it looks more like the below, when compared to a large external organization, such as an insurance company or perhaps a telco.
Also, when people in Accenture make moves, they often land a level up. For example, I know of at least two level 2 Ps who were offered C-level positions at Fortune 100 companies.
New Manager - Team Lead
Manager - Manager (small group, less than 30)
Senior Manager - Group Manager (large group, more than 30)
SE Level 4 (previously called AP) - Director
SE Level 3 - Director or VP
SE Level 2 - VP
SE Level 1 - C-level, Senior VP
