I have 2.5 Years of .NET, Java, and C++ experience, would they be interested in hiring me as an Analyst? If so would I get a higher starting salary due to my Software Engineering Background? Would more be expected of me? Would I be trained differently? |

Accenture doesn't provide any training. So, the fact that someone else has already trained you in computer programming, makes you more attractive to ACN. Normally, with less than 3 years experience you'd come in at the analyst level. But since you already have some programming skills, taught on somebody else's dime, you have a good shot at coming in at the higher, new consultant (C1) level.
