When I started as an analyst over 6 years ago, St. Charles was an expectation....everyone had to go through it....to learn the methodologies, the culture, etc. What happened? We've completely lost this mentality. New analysts are forced to communicate with other Accenture people all over the world....without having that experience of St. Charles....
With that being said, a new training curriculum needs to be created to attract new employees - St. Charles was a big differentiator 6 years ago when I was looking for a job.... |

Well, Accenture didn't exist 6 years ago. It was started up in 2001. If you sent to St. Charles 6 years ago, you must have worked for some other company, such as Arthur Andersen or Andersen Consulting. Both of them are just memories.
