Hey, I am an new hired manager at ACN coming from another consulting firm. I have been here roughly 9 months and have several projects under my belt. I have to say I had concerns about this topic before coming on board but so far I haven't found too many problem. One thing I am noticing is that ACN hiring is now a mixture of both experience and college level people. My group for example was 40% experienced, high by ACN standards. I am thinking that ACN management is trying to widen the gene pool as the workforce on average is getting older and retiring later.

evermind, I am interviewing with ACN. I had 36 months of NonBig4 experience. I want to know the life in ACN. At this time I am not sure about my M#. Whats your experience in 8months and how to network internally when you are new?
