In Reply To: Let me clarify my earlier statement: I meant that a fresh graduate out of college would start at entry level Analyst. 3 years later he would be consultant. another 3 years he would be manager, and another 3 years he would be a senior manager. So about 10 years from now analyst would be a senior manager and the current range for senior manager is (120 to 180). After 10 years the range might be (160 to 220). Now, how much are you making and how much experience do you have? If you are really making 130K with 4 years experience, we would all love to learn how you did that...

It's irresponsible for you to be telling people otherwise, especially to entry-level kids right out of college who still have a lot to learn and need to make decisions about their first job out of college.
