Would you mind sharing how many thousands higher than your current salary was the low of the range you stated?
Also, how many thousands higher was your offer v. your current salary? I know ACN doesn't especially value outside experience but am very interested in how compensation compares.

I wouldn't necessarily only look at what you're currently being paid and just "go up". You need to be aware of what the current salary ranges are based on your experience, workforce, level, and location (obviously NYC, San Francisco and possibly even Chicago might pay a bit more). You can search the previous posts for information on that, or else you might disclose that on the board and somebody here may take a semi-educated guess. Without any of that information, it's a blind guess.
