It is not that I am not worried about my job. But almost everyone I talked to agreed that 20-22 hour per week is too much travel time.
I do like to think that I have solid skills though, and because of that I am that much worried. I think they should be able to place me on another project within a month (or less). Otherwise, I can try to do a lckytroll (even a 1/2 or 1/4 lckytroll would be OK)... |

My opinion.
Your new to the firm - traveling 7-10 hours to reach a client site seems extreme. Especially if you have a family.
So here's my advice.
Say No
To hell with it, its not like these people are going to write your PFF.
So just say no, find another role and forget about it.
It's not that big a deal
