I have an offer to join in NYC. I am with Deloitte now, been here for 10 months. I am on the fence.
Has anyone come to Accenture from Deloitte? Is it going to be the same BS I've dealt with here?

Congratulations on your offer with Accenture.
What was your reason for leaving Deloitte?
My ambitions are to join either Accenture or IBM, with the goal strategy consulting.
How easy was it for you to leave in 10 months? And how long did it take for you to begin your search & the hiring process when contacting Accenture?
