Historically, ACN does not grow through this sort of acquisition, especially not a hostile takeover. Even if it did, there's no business case for bringing Accenture into the HR and Benefits Outsourcing space, when they're doing so well in the IT Consulting and Outsourcing markets. The ACN guys know what works and always stick to it, which is reflected in the way ACN does business with clients (methodologies, standards, and the rest). |

ACN already operates in the HR BPO space. there have already been rumors circulating of them looking to acquire another HR BPO provider (not hewitt).
