Any thoughts on the seeming fall from grace the ACN UK practice seems to be going through? The grumbling of unhappy people is getting louder and the Sept promotion rounds is going to be a bloody bath. Doesn't the firm realise that without its people the spiral down will only continue? Lots of competitors seem happy to take on experienced ACN-ers at increased pay. It is going to be an interesting year... |

The grumbling always has been and always will be there, just like the incessant moaning about how people could get better paid elsewhere. (Funnily, the people who moan the most about this never seem to sod off to "elsewhere".)
While a good majority of employees are happy (as demonstrated in the employee surveys) I shouldn't imagine the bosses are losing much sleep about it.
