Long hours. Not necessarily because you are working hard but because there is a huge culture of face-time at Accenture.
Type of work will depend on the project. If you want exciting work, join the military and fly F-16s. It should be interesting enough.
Expect really dense management - they talk a good game but are clueless.
Expect good raises. Try working in "industry" and you learn even a crappy consultant raise beats 2% in industry.
Consulting is an interesting career as far as business careers go. And a lot will depend on your particular project. I think the culture at ACN is terrible but the pay is really good. So find what floats your boat and just deal.
