"PFIs" as they're called are largely for internal audit purposes. If there are misrepresentations in your resume or you are ready for a nervous breakdown, then it can be tough.
Otherwise, try to be relaxed and enjoy it. Focus tends to be on relationship with team members and leads during crisis and success times. If on the phone, have your resume in front of you.
Bonus is that the behaviorial interviewer probably already knows the partner likes you! |

Hi Guys,
I am scheduled for my behavioral interview with ACN this week. The position they are considering me for is within their HR services div. My questions is, what should I expect during this behavioral interview? typical q's centered on problem solving skills, etc? any areas I should put emphasis on (ex: leadership) (this is a phone interview)
I would assume they will be asking me typical q's but I want a better feel of how these interviews are run - I want to work for ACN (for now) so any of your thoughts/ideas will be helpful. Thanks!
