Heard that Accenture senior executives can offload their shares after 2008 without much restrictions. Also 'heard' that Microsoft / Oracle or HP might be cosying up with ACN ....does this nes have any substance or is it just a figment of someones imagination ? |

Yes, the pre-IPO partners vested themselves in 8 years worth of compensation which they can collect over 8 years in the form of stock sales. This is the money that would have gone to new Partners (now called "Senior Execs", sort of the way medium sized olives are called "colossal") had they not eliminated the partnership structure.
