As an intern, you've basically guaranteed yourself a grad position, unless, as Elgon mentioned, you screw up badly.
You're also in a strong position to choose what part of the business you'll move in to, particularly if you do well. I managed to negotiate an offer to join their small Edinburgh office, but ended up turning them down anyway because my heart just isn't in IT (and nor are the hearts of most ACN employees, which was another deciding factor for me).
In the UK, however, interns don't get a higher starting salary. However, you are in the position to not only choose your OG, but also you first project. Get to know the people on your project well, and do well for them, and they'll be keen to take you on board to whatever project they're on when you finally join full time.
