Does anybody have any insight on how ACN will react to this situation. I am currently rolling off of a project next week and I have been contacted by the client for a role in separate dept. I do not have details on the non-compete agreement , so would appreciate if any body provides me details on whether I will be in trouble later. I think I have already pissed off some ppl in ACN by refusing to take up a crappy role.
What can ACN do, if at all they can/will ?
