Hey Bazoo, i got back from denver yesterday night. It was an awsome experience, i love it. let me tell you what ahppend.
1st.once you get to the office ther recruiter takes you to a conference room where the orientation will take place, then you have a presentation on what the company does and how great it is.... i did a lot of research on the company and what they said was not ew, i tought they would ask me what i knew about the company but after the rpesentation realizeit will not be the case.
2nd. we had luch, 4 different people from the office came for luch, couple of analist, a consultant and a manager. The manager lead a presentation on what the company does and what had been her experince and there was some time for Q&A, they explainhow the first weekis orientation follow by two weeks of orientation and then 2 weeks at the Q center.
3rd, i had an interview of approx. 45min to 1 hour with one of the Executive managersand went really good, she was great, over there everybody is willing to share their experiences, the question went prety deep on my resume and experince...similar to the behavioral questions but more focus on my resume..leadership skills and examples...prety deep examples...so be ready to answer things in detail.
4th, i had a similar interview with a different manager... same structure...so be ready..and then a close... then you live
