I agree with you, but you need to pick your battles. I wasn't referring to building a case for why the proj work load stinks. You need to build a case so you can manage your clients expectations. Most of the times they don't know what a deliverable is supposed to look like so be crafty.
If youre doing a big systems proj like SAP or something it is a little differnt. It is either there or it is not. However, if you are behind that is your fault becuase implementing that stuff is the same old same old every time.
