Salaries have deffinately gone down at ACN in the past few years. I'm deffinately considering leaving, but I am rather happy in my current role. I plan to look around once this role ends. |

My advice is to look now while you enjoy your role. You'll be more positive in your interviews and you probably have more flexibility right now on your project to do whatever you want.
Also, the labor market is tight right now in the major US cities. Good places are looking for people. Who know how much longer it wil last.
