Hey Everyone ~
I'm getting ready to do my 3rd round, on-site interview and I'm hoping someone could give me a better idea of what to expect.
I've read that there are two 45 minute interviews and that they are mainly questions about fit within the company. Can anyone elaborate on this?
I'm wondering if they just go over your resume/experiences and ask you where you see yourself within the company or if there are more specific questions?
Also, are there also more behavorial questions?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

In my 3rd round, I noticed a big overlap between the 2nd and 3rd round questions. Many times it was a "tell me about a project you have managed" type of question. Or, "name a time you sidestepped your superior." All of my stories were tech-related, but I have a tech background. I'm going into the services workforce if that makes a difference.
