These folks were let go because:
The Firm, as usual, did an extremely poor job at timing the market and their own demand pipeline. Gee, THAT never happened before....OR
These folks were brought in at a high Bill Rate for their level so The Firm could practically compensate them for their REAL WORLD skills. But, the in-breeds who run projects didn't know them (Read: No internal network, nobody could vouch for them) so consequently they didn't gain any traction...So...
Is our illustrious leadership extremely poor at being business operators or are they extremely poor at people developers....or both.
I will let you talk amongst yourselves...
BTW...coming in at a lower level does NOT guarantee ANY kind of job security. If anything its the other way around. Coming in at a lower level means you usually have 1 shot to make it to the next level otherwise....Ooops, sorry, we made a mistake.
And Experienced Hires want to come here WHY?!?!? Take Care. |
