So...I cleared the first 2 rounds and went for the 3rd round interview. This was for consultant position with Life Sciences group in Toronto. The next day, I got an email from the recruiter informing me about the rejection. I can't stop wondering what went wrong/where did I screw-up during the 3rd round (I met with a project manager and a Partner. Then the partner wanted me to meet with another senior manager). I feel that I did pretty well during these rounds. Ofcourse, there is no way to find out where I messed up...but any reflections/thoughts? Know anyone who was not offered a position after meeting with the partners? Thanks.
