Wear a suit anyway, it wouldnt hurt. I did, as well as other candidates on our third on-site interview. |

Look at the three options:
1) You wear a suit, but so does everybody else at the interview - no problem
2) You wear a suit, but nobody else does - no problem, you come across as the snappy dresser who would be suitable for client-facing work
3) You dress casually, but all of the other applicants AND the interviewer wear a suit - oh dear... thanks for coming, but you might as well grab your coat now, as you've already lost this interview.
Moral?
Always wear a suit to interviews.
