I presently make about 90(including base+bonus+pension), and no travel at present job.
Accenture is saying 83+10k signon. As great as accenture is, i am trying to convince them that people can not move down in a payscale aspect(unless they have no job for many months). What do you guys think about my salary negotiation chances. |

Accenture will increase your salary if you convince them that they've classified you too low.
You should ask them how many months at level they are giving you.
They will say something alongn the lines of consultant with 15 months of experience. That experience will = X dollars. If you want more, you will need to convince them that you should be classified as a consultant with 21 months experience.
You can convince them to give you more experience by bringing up more formal management experience (i.e how you managed people, created work plans).
On another note - you might want to consider taking the lower salary if you think this will accelerate your career (you'll probably need to spend about 2 years at acn to get this)
