Hi, can anybody give me the different salary levels associated with M1, M2 etc or whatever the levels and ranges associated with senior managers? It would be a great help. How do I know what level I am being brought in at? |

...will have the salary ranges and zones for your area. In the US, Managers can make anywhere from the 60's to well into the 6 figures, Snr Managers are obviously higher. Some cities have a premium at lower levels, but that goes away at the executive level.
There are no certain salary's associated with M1, M2, etc. But you can assume that as you hit the mid point of the total range, you should be ready to be promoted. The exception being if you get Outstanding or Exceptional ratings, then your salary bumps are much higher.
