In the UK, I think that the huge sign-on bonuses the new graduates get must be paid back if they leave in the first two years, according to the proportion of those two years that they have worked. |

In the UK, Accenture pays *all* new grad employees (A1) UK??10,000, which is about US$18,000.
Grads have to stay 2 years, or pay back some of it. (e.g. if you leave after a year, you have to pay back roughly half).
