Are there strings attached? If you accept a sign on bonus do you have to sign to a commitment for some period of time? Sorry if this is a redundant post. I'm new. |

In the UK, I think that the huge sign-on bonuses the new graduates get must be paid back if they leave in the first two years, according to the proportion of those two years that they have worked.
