I am a SM , this is my 5th year in ACN ( total 10 years in the industry ), recently got a call from CapGemini, for a VP/Director role, any dope on CapGemini would be great, the posting is in Europe( France , Germany or Switzerland ).
What kind of compensation should one look at ?

I don't know what kind of salary you should expect, but I know some people who have come from CapGemini, and I know some people who have left for CapGemini. From what I have heard, they are very similar to ACN, except for that fact that they seem to care about their employees more in terms of benefits. If they offer you a good growth position, and the money is right, I would go for it.
