I signed up for this health plan and it says on the benefits site that I get 100% coverage for eye exams and $150/2yr for lenses and frames in or out of network. I got my exams and hardware all done out of network and I can't find any information on United Health's website on how to get my money back. Does anyone know how to get reimbursed for these costs? |

Yeah thanks I guess hehe. UHC said they had problems accessing my account and couldn't tell me what to do exactly.
