First, you pay for stuff then keep the receipt. Send the receipt and a form on the UHC ppo website. You will get back your money after a couple of months.
Second, DON'T use the vault for such a stupid question. United Health Care has a 1-800 NUMBER like every other company in the universe to ask questions.... |

It's funny when people answer a question, and then scold the person for asking the 'dumb' question on Vault. Obviously asking these questions on here are effective if it was actually ANSWERED, so why not ask on here? What's a 'good Vault question' anyway? (rhetorical questions by the way, haha)
