Thank you for your reply.
The thing that is bothering me is that the company will charge 25% - 60% more to the client for a consultant than for an analyst.
So are you telling me that the company will make much more money from you, give you more responsability (in theory) and yet increase your salary by only 3%?

That sounds about right. Or if you get lucky, they will raise your salary by 4%, like they did to me last year!
