15 years experience and an M1? |

I am going in the products group, I have about 15 years exp (last 7 in BI/DW). I am in Midwest region.
If you have another offer, you may be in a position to get 5K more than whatever they offer you. My negotiation was done through recruiter only, I did not talk to hiring manager - he did all that.
Can I ask you same questions, what group, industry, and experience and what you making now and what are your expectations. This will help me come raise time.
Also do you know if they are looking at you as "New Manager" or "Manager with 12 months credit"? Did you have your face to face with Sr. Mgr and Partner?

Dude,
what are you doing working for accenture as an M1 this late in your career. You'll be working with M1s with one-third of your experience. You should be getting atleast a senior manager title unless you were a code monkey for the last 14 years.
