Depending on what area of the USA you live in, how long you have been at the consultant level, and what your skills and background are... I have heard ranges from 45K to 63K, from my coworkers. |

I'd say the factors the previous poster posted are true, but the range is probably larger than that, though $43k for an consultant seems very fishy. I would have guessed something more like $55k - $90k with the $55k being a C1 with okay ratings but not great living in a lower standard of living area and possibly with a bit of a low starting salary due to whatever reasons. The $90k would be for someone that is more than likely a C3 with good or great ratings, possibly living in a higher standard of living city and that came in with a decent starting salary. If you came in with a high starting salary that's normalized pretty quickly to the "average" range unless you get good to great ratings.
