Yes it is possible to indoctrinate younger generations into believing that they are part of some kind of great undertaking. Sadly, many young people blindly accept instructions without questioning authority. It has happened many times in human history:
Hitler Youth
David Koresh Cult
Jonestown Kool-Aid Mass Suicide
Islamic Suicide Bombers
It is possible that there may be some tongue-in-cheek component to this video, but overall it is very disturbing and should give viewers and employees food for thought. This video essentially diminishes the importance of producing accurate and truthful time reports, and it seems to be strongly discouraging quitting the company at any time. (The "I wanna die" lyrics).

YOur assessment would be worth note if Accenture was an evil company with some global conspiracy to initiate ethnic cleansing or religious jihad or something.

There's no harm in feeling proud of being part of it: after all if you were against making money you coulda gone and done somethign else with your life.
