The PFI was basically a behavioral type interview with a certain style and format. Mine was situational based meaning the recruiter gives you an outline and format to follow and the key points to address. And you pretty much have to follow that exact format as you answer the questions.
Best way to prepare is to write down your projects and be ready to discuss them to the microscopic detail. You should be very confident and ready with every detail in your projects.
