Maybe you should transfer to the Reston office in Virginia.
I haven't heard one complaint about salary here. I just got my offer and its pretty fair.

underpaid,underpaid,underpaid. Here is a quick test for the unbelieving. Put your resume out and evaluate how much companies are willing to pay. Consider this a harmless excercise in determining how much the market values your skills. I am betting 80% of the folks will be surprised. I was shocked.
