It is not illegal. You can work for 5 companies if you wanted to. The companies would only be concerned if you claimed to work the same hours for each. |

So, while not necessarily illegal, they could potentially dismiss you for cause.
Not sure any implications with PTO or other payouts that would be affected by that.
Why don't you make your last day at acn before your first day at the new company. you are paid out your pto balance when you leave.
