#1 Fast food workers get paid OT along with their luxurious $5.50 an hour salaries
#2 Noone hid the OT rules, It's on the offer letter.
#3 Peer firms have no OT whatsoever, so working maximum of about 18 hours(not sure how you come up with 10-30) for free is better than peers, who would work all OT for free.
I'm sick of people here complaining about stuff they know about and signed up for. If you hate it, get a new job! The market is pretty decent now. Check your local Burger King....you may be able to live the fantasy of fully paid overtime! |

Agree on your points.
This board used to be huge into Accenture bashing. I always contended it was the recession more the the IPO/public company change that made 2001-2004 painful.
Now, its surprising to see, this board is mostly constructive...to the point I don't really enjoy it anymore.
I used to love coming hear to read how the PIP's could be vilified, and the rumors/conjectures that would be created out of the company communications.
But now, I don't like answering the "How much does a C2 make" questions, so I don't visit very often.
