I think for every employee there is a good employer - it just depends on what type of employee you are looking to be. Accenture is a fantastic place to work if you are looking to be a paper-pusher. If you can take the information you are given, divise beautiful reports, LOTS of reports, and shove the work through - Accenture is your home. If on the other hand you are the type of employee who actually likes to produce quality work which adds value and contributes to a successful project, them Accenture is not the place for you - it's a simple as that ----- |

Stonehenge was a rousing success for the people that build it. Everyone knew what it was for and they had huge celebrations when each new mile"stone" was acheived. They had roll on and roll off parties for each new stone rolled out into the middle of that field. It was stoneage consulting.
But they didn't doument a damn thing and they are all dead. So now we have no idea what the thing is for, and I have to watch Discovery Channel or History Channel to hear theories on what it is just becuase the slack asses didn't document their sh*t.
That, my friend, is why it's important to put stuff on paper.
Do we create a lot of paper. Yes.
Do we get criticized for not documenting our work. No
