ACN is a load of crap. They hardly pay their people.I feel sorry for the dumb idiots ready to work for so less.Open your eyes.........and you shall see there is a better world outside. I am quitting at the end of the month |

The pay is horrible compared to the competition, most of the people here are poorly trained, and most projects are poorly managed. And the endless cycle of Accenture overselling projects and then bringing in a bunch of new analysts to run a project really scares me...
But, I think that the only reason that people stay, is for the same reasons that I am still here.... It seems like I am getting very good experience and I enjoy the sense of adventure that comes with my job. I have been exposed to more people, more ideas, and more technologies in my past two years at accenture, than i was at my previous job for two years.
Also, I am not sure why, but it seems that a lot of people from the chicago office complain about their salary.
