I think for every employee there is a good employer - it just depends on what type of employee you are looking to be. Accenture is a fantastic place to work if you are looking to be a paper-pusher. If you can take the information you are given, divise beautiful reports, LOTS of reports, and shove the work through - Accenture is your home. If on the other hand you are the type of employee who actually likes to produce quality work which adds value and contributes to a successful project, them Accenture is not the place for you - it's a simple as that -----
