Not2Bad, are you speaking from experience?
I assume the hours are long, margin sucks, and employee morale is down. What else? |

It's commonly called the lose-lose project. It's a stellar case of them yet again biting off more than they can chew. Systems are not working yet go-live was a month ago. Systems have not worked for 6 years for that matter. It's one of those times you really sit back and wonder "What the hell were these people thinking." The entire project is a complete and utter nightmare because of the extensive lack of planning, lack of risk mitigation (ok - NO risk mitigation plan), serious lack of systems training for the 500 former McDonalds employees they hired ($8.00 and hour - what do you expect) -- I could go on and on. If you can be a paper-pusher just to say "something is being done" - then you will be OK on this project. I'm just a person who doesn't handle producing crap well - expecially just for crap sake.
