well I haven't yet talked to a recruiter, I was just trying to find more about the position.
So I take it this is really not worth it for a person who already has a job..
mid 20's? that's low!

from what I understand the pay in dc is better for ATS.
But anyway - the upside to ATS is that they are getting poached at ridiculously high levels for huge salaries (comparitively - 50-65k)
