Yes I know many people who travel, mostly to Brussels, Amsterdam, UK, but also nationally.
I'm not very up to date on current projects, but I guess you know that GTC is a transverse group, which means you will work in all industry verticals. What level are you hired at?
An advice though, avoid projects in the suburbs of Paris if you can! Commute time will be crazy (about 1h-1h30) and the suburbs are really the worst place you want to end up in!
