The amount of misinformation on this board is amazing.
The last 3 manager-level offers made (that I was involved in) were 120, 120, 110 base. All had sizable bonuses.
The ranges are wide and depend heavily on demand, skill, experience and negotiating ability - just like anyplace else.

I agree with you that manager should make above 100.
