What I hear from ACN leadership is that, eventually all such big clients will prefer a mix of offshore as well as onsite resources. Majority being Offshore. You Services guys watch out !!!!!!!!!. You are in for a rough ride. Several clients are watching out how BASA will turn out . |

only want the best deal they can get. acn effectively told bls that 'we can save you money and deliver if you'll only renew our contract.' while bls may 'know' that acn is off-shoring a ton of work, i received a memo that said 'do not tell our client that a particular piece of work is going off-shore' and that any information regarding off-shoring should come from the appropriate leadership. i moved from basa b'ham to a high visibility project in atl that is (i'm guessing) 50% off-shore. what a frikkin mess! i'll be very surprised if acn actually delivers the project on-time and on-budget. i've already heard from some eds people that some dr testing was a nightmare with half the acn stuff falling flat on it's nose with the billing components being the worse, requiring many 'real-time' fixes. jeeezus, i wish that i could get a decent offer from mypeople.
