I have spoken to my CC however I never get a straight answer. Performance wise I have been good.But as you know in a firm of over 100K people good compared to what???? I wish there were more statistics out there such has how many people were up,what groups, what backgrounds, time in accenture etc. I would like to know one way or the other as I would like to consider options outside the firm as well if I am not making it. |

You are compared to your peers. It's done at the project and the OG level.
There is a process called "laddering". Ask your CC what that means.
